At Plain & Supple, I prioritize 100% natural and unrefined ingredients—especially premium oils, butters, hydrosols, extracts and waxes. My formulas celebrate the meeting of two worlds: the rare, nutrient-rich botanicals of the Amazon rainforest and the cherished flowers and plants that I grow here in Canada.

From the depths of the Amazon, I source treasures like Acai, Buriti, Cupuacu, Copaiba, Brazil Nut and Guarana—botanicals that Indigenous communities have valued for centuries for their healing and skin-loving power. From my Canadian garden, I handcraft extracts of Chamomile, Calendula, Lavender and other blooms through slow, solar infusions, allowing the plants to gently release their color, scent, and healing nutrients into the oils.

To perfect texture, performance, and shelf life, I occasionally include naturally derived ingredients—always chosen with intention and care, and only when they serve your skin.

As founder and formulator, I bring together good manufacturing practices with evidence-based formulation, while continuing my studies at Formula Botanica—a global leader in natural skincare education.
